Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method for the full $9.00 you paid. We aim to process approved refunds promptly, and PayPal/bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refund requests received more than 60 days after purchase are not covered by this guarantee. Duplicate charges and payment errors are an exception — please contact support about those at any time and we will investigate.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first using the steps above so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with PayPal or your bank while a refund request is already being processed can delay the refund.
